I figured I should mention over the winter I installed a line loc in he car, and I wired it into the headlight washer connector to power it. And to get the wipers to not turn on I de-pinned the ground wire in the headlight washer relay. I have since re-pinned the ground to see if for some reason it may have caused a wired grounding issue but it did not fix anything.

Now people tell me I take things too seriously, but they don't understand. They don't care either. I don't feel they respect or understand what I'm trying to achieve. Perhaps it is their own sense of failure that is trying to sustain and validate itself.
